CAKE RECIPE
Ingredients
3/8 c. olive oil
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup flour
teaspoon baking powder

Mix olive oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven 25-30 minutes (8x8 pan).





DOTY BOYS GINGER ALE CAKE
Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup ginger ale

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Optional: lighty coat a 9x9 inch glass pan with olive oil. In a medium or big bowl, throw in everything except the ginger ale and mix VERY well. Then stir, or slowly mix, in the ginger ale until batter is smooth. Pour or spoon batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 or so minutes in the preheated oven. Cake is done when it springs back to the touch. Option: After the cake is done, take it out, cover the cake with mini-marshmellows, turn off the oven and put the cake back in for another 5 minutes.





Soynut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
Ingredients
Soynut Butter (by I.M. Healthy )
Jelly: Smucker's Concord Grape or other flavor (by JM SMucker, Orrville, OH 44667)
Bread: Arnold Brick Oven Premium White Enriched Bread (by Arnold Foods Company PO Box 535, Totowa, NJ 07511-0535)

Spread amount desired on bread.



Kahil's Pancakes

Ingredients
3 medium eggs
1 1/8 cup vanilla rice milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions
1. Mix eggs, rice milk, and olive oil well.
2.  Add the dry ingredients together and mix well.
3. Let the batter thicken by waiting  5-15 minutes.
4. Preheat griddle or frying pan and coat with a small amount of olive oil.
5. Use a ladel to drop batter on the hot griddle.
6. Cook on one side until bubbles begin to form.
7. Add some berries or other extras if you'd like and then flip over.
8. Flip over the pancake after 1/4 of the bubles have "popped"
9. After a few moments, check the other side to see if it is slightly brown. If so, it's done!



Pretzel:

Oven Temperature: 380 F

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour (Pillsbury Best)
1 teaspoon Salt
1-1/2 Cup Warm Water (Filtered)
2 Tablespoons Sugar (Domino Pure Cane Granulated)
1 beaten Egg
1 Package Dry Yeast

Egg Wash: 1 Tablespoon of Water

Make a Pretzel from the dough mix. Dip it in the egg wash
Bake until light brown, Salt to taste



Chocolate Cake (Also No Eggs)
1 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons of cocoa
1-1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until done.
It is done when a toothpick comes out clean.
NOTE: very wet to start...do not let that concern you. Makes one 8x8 cake or 14 cupcakes.
Need to double to make a layered cake. Cupcakes take about 22 minutes.
